Twitter Follow Button introduced for Site Owners

Twitter recently introduced Twitter Follow Button in competition to Facebook’s Like Box widget for all website owners. This button will let users subscribe to Twitter accounts of the websites without leaving the site. Which essentially means, like Facebook widgets, users will be able to follow any account right from the website without ever leaving to Twitter.com to follow any account.

This is one of the direly needed features in Twitter as users find it really nuisance to go and visit Twitter’s website to follow any account. And also, it will help users stay on the same site helping site owners keeping the visitor on the same site and not letting them to skip to Twitter’s site to follow their account.

Moreover, a popup window opens whenever a visitor clicks on Twitter Follow Button ID. This lets visitor to have a glimpse of the Twitter account. It mentions the account picture, description and total number of followers of that Twitter account.

Official Twitter SMS service has been launched for Zong

With this official twitter SMS service Zong customers can use twitter from their phone with sms. 

Zong customers can send status updates, retweet statuses, direct messages and can receive sms notifications as well.

update: Normal sms rates apply but free if you have SMS package

To start using Twitter sms service with zong, send Start from your Zong to 40404 as SMS. Then its all easy to setup your existing twitter account or signup for an new account.

To get SMS notifications for your followers you must activate SMS notification on them one by one.

Go to twitter Mobile settings at twitter.com to change other Mobile notifications and settings.

Follow us on twitter with your Zong for telecom news sms notifications. To do so first connect or signup with Twitter SMS service with your Zong, then send follow #HabibManjotha command and then ON HabibManjotha command to turn On SMS notifications for @HabibManjotha

What I do on Internet (Generally)!

-When I connect to the internet and start browsing, I do many things; some of them are interesting and some of them are boring. Let take a look on internet activities. I check my email account first. Normally, there are 40 to 50 emails in my inbox daily.Most of them are unnecessary; from email bots, facebook and twitter notifications.
-Secondly, I login to my facebook account for checking updates from my facebook friends and the pages I liked such as Habib Ullah Manjotha (my own page), Zong, Ufone etc. When I finished checking updates, I update my status. Sometimes I share updates from my FB friends such as inspiring videos, funny videos, funny pitcures. Sometimes I coments upon them. If some of my friends are online there, I chat with them on National issues such as Sugar crises, water crises, flour crises etc and National piece.

Thirdly, I login to my twittter account and update my status (mostly with # tag of urhabib e.g. #urhabib). Some of my friends like KhushbuMalik, _Sajjad_, Bonga_aa etc reply to my status and I chat with them for fun.
-Fourthly, I go to my youtube homepage and watch to the latest videos from my subscribed channels. If there is something interesting, I share it.

-At the end I would like to tell you that I collect the questions all the time when I am away from the internet and search for their answers when I come online using my favorite search engine, the Google.
